Produced in a cutting-edge facility that consistently adheres to the exacting standards of the automotive industry, NAPA Coil Springs are subject to production and testing procedures that ensure no part falls short of excellence. In addition to general end-of-line evaluation, our coil springs must pass:

• Durability and material testing to verify the thickness of the coating, load loss and fatigue through 300,000 cycles of cyclic fatigue testing.
• Corrosion resistance testing via 480 hours of salt spraying to ensure rust does not form.
• Packaging checks to meet NAPA standards of product quality and presentation.
