NAPA CVJs Driveshafts

The NAPA transmission range features driveshafts, CV joints, boots & accessories.

All parts are surcharge-free reflects the most popular applications in the UK market with more parts being added all the time.

Product Quality

All products are designed and manufactured to OE specification. This is followed by testing to OE specification. If the product does not perform or meet the OE criteria, it will not get released into mass production until it matches or exceeds the OE characteristics.

For production, high quality CF53 Steel is used along with induction hardened linear shafts. A phosphate coating prior to painting increases corrosion protection and improves the friction properties of all sliding components.

Each of the driveshafts and CVJ’s undergo various production and postproduction tests as detailed below.

  • Appearance inspection
  • Allowable slippage
  • Circumferential & shaft clearance
  • Pull out force
  • Strength test
  • Salt spray test
  • Twist torque
  • Twist angle torque
  • Durability test
  • Boot expansion volume
  • Boot heat resistance
  • Boot cold resistance
  • All products are produced in a fully certified production facility. The plant is certified to automotive and quality standards ISO9001 and IATF16949, as well as the environmental standard ISO14001.
