SHOCK ABSORBERS

NAPA Truck Shock Absorbers feature a high-quality anti-foaming design for unparalleled stability, with temperature-resistant seals that can withstand anything from a frigid -30°C to scorching 200°C.

Engineered to endure the most demanding conditions and heavy loads, NAPA Truck Shock Absorbers offer excellent damping performance and prolong the lifespan of other suspension components, contributing to overall vehicle safety.

AIR SPRINGS

NAPA Truck goes above and beyond with its high-quality Air Springs range. The outer and inner rubber layers are laminated with a cord fabric for enhanced durability, and all air springs are pre-coated and plated for additional protection against wear and tear. They are assembled in a fully automated production facility with a strict zero-defect policy.

Each air spring is pressure tested to 21 bar, three times higher than the 7-bar working pressure, and goes through a minimum of 9 million cycles, exceeding aftermarket testing standards. These rigorous testing procedures ensure that NAPA Truck products meet or exceed the quality and performance of the OEM.

CAB SUSPENSION

The NAPA Truck Cab Suspension range features robust shock absorbers with high-temperature oil-resistant seals, chloroprene rubber air bellows, reinforced piston rods, chromium colour zinc-plated top covers, high-quality steel circlips, and more. All components are fully REACH compliant and rigorously tested for reliable, enduring strength.

KING PIN KITS

With NAPA Truck King Pin Kits, everything you need for installation is included in the box, including bushes, bearings, shims, seals, and lock nuts. All kits go through an induction hardening treatment process for enhanced strength, ensuring each part can withstand extremely heavy loads.

STEERING & SUSPENSION

Consisting of bushes, drag links, drop links, tie rod ends, torque rods, track rods, v-stays, and more, this range provides a complete steering and suspension solution. All components are manufactured with high-grade quality steel for unwavering manufacturing quality, and backed by a 10-year anti-corrosion guarantee.
