Following an impressive 2025 campaign, during which Jamie led the MINI Challenge Championship, health complications unfortunately curtailed his season at Silverstone in September last year. After a period of rehabilitation, Jamie has made the decision to step away from the 2026 season to focus on his recovery, with the intention of returning to competition in 2027.
“Motor racing is an inherently demanding sport and while we are confident Jamie has made significant progress in his recovery, his health and wellbeing remain paramount. Our priority as a family is to ensure he is fully prepared to continue his promising motorsport career and we are committed to supporting him during this period of rest and look forward to his return in 2027.”
Driver announcements will follow in due course, so keep an eye on the NAPA Racing social media pages for more news ahead of the 2026 season.
