We Know Our Products

NAPA Clutch Kits are the top-tier comprehensive solution for all your clutch replacement needs.

Quality Assured

The kits are manufactured with high-quality materials for superior strength, durability, and longevity. This includes:

  • Forged clutch disc hubs.
  • Chrome vanadium diaphragm, tested at 1.5m actuations.
  • Premium friction materials for maximum torque capacity.
  • Heat-resistant release bearings dynamically tested to 1.5m cycles at 180°C.
  • Clutch disc runout kept below 0.5mm for smooth engagement.

Throughout every stage of production, rigorous testing procedures ensure that all parts meet or exceed exacting OE quality standards.

NAPA Clutch Kits outperformed other leading brands by up to 37% in testing.

Complete in Box

All units are 3-piece kits, featuring discs, covers, and the appropriate release mechanism (cylinders, bearings, and forks), alongside high-performance grease for a perfect first-time fit and increased spline protection.

Extra accessories are included in some kits where necessary, including spigot bearings and alignment tools.

We Know How

At NAPA, Know How is everything. Our range of clutch kits offers consistent OE-quality performance but, in the event of an unexpected failure, the NAPA Clutch Kit range is backed by a 3-year/36,000-mile No Quibble Warranty. The no-quibble warranty is subject to terms and conditions and covers NAPA Clutch Kits only. No ancillaries, labour or associated costs will be covered by no-quibble.

Our team of technical experts are on hand to provide support and guidance on our range of shock absorber products. This can cover anything from installation best practices to regular content releases addressing frequently asked questions regarding our other product ranges.
