Inner & Outer Pads Fitment Guide

Correct fitment of inner and outer pads when fitted with a different size of type of backplate spring.

• NBP1045

Brake pad sets with inner and outer pads are often fitted with a different size or type of backplate spring. The inner and outer pads are not interchangeable.

Take care to correctly identify and fit each pad to both the inner (piston side) and outer side of the caliper. Failure to observe this can result in brake noise.
