Leeds Rhinos and Bradford Bulls clash in Betfred Super League warm up

10 Jan 2020

Two teams from the Betfred Super League will clash on Sunday for a pre-season warmup.

Heading to Emerald Headingley on Sunday, both Leeds Rhinos and Bradford Bulls hope to secure a pre-season win. It’s no secret that both have shared a lifelong rivalry, and through this, have forged a highlight fixture on the rugby calendar.

The game, which kicks off at 3pm, has sold out following the announcement that funds raised will go towards supporting former Leeds Rhinos and Great Britain star Rob Burrow, who was diagnosed with motor neurone disease before Christmas. The match will also bring down the curtain on forward Jamie Jones-Buchanan’s twenty year career with the eight time Super League champions. Jones-Buchanan agreed to share the testimonial match with his good friend Burrow following the announcement of his diagnosis. [1]

This friendly kicks-off our sponsorship with Leeds Rhinos for the 2020 season. The team understand that quality, on-time delivery of the ball is key to winning. Our aim here at NAPA is to reiterate that approach to teamwork, quality, delivery and on-time distribution.

Throughout the year we will keep you informed about the Leeds Rhinos as they charge towards glory.

Get involved – the match is available on Sky Sports at 3pm, Sunday 12th January.
